The visionary behind Greenpark Group is Founder and CEO Carlo Baldassarra, who immigrated to Canada from Italy in 1958. Starting as a carpenter, Carlo’s dedication and leadership propelled him to establish Greenpark Homes in 1967, alongside partners Jack Wine and Phillip Rechtsman. Under his guidance, the company expanded into commercial and high-rise developments, solidifying its reputation as one of Canada’s most trusted builders. Today, the Greenpark Group remains wholly owned and operated by the Baldassarra family, with Carlo’s sons—Mauro, Armando, and Michael—serving as senior executives, upholding the family’s commitment to integrity, loyalty, and hard work.
 
Demonstrating its commitment to growth and innovation, Greenpark Group has expanded into the United States through GT Homes USA, a partnership with Treasure Hill. This venture marks the company’s foray into the U.S. market, beginning with an upscale oceanfront community in Pompano Beach, Florida. GT Homes USA plans to develop new condominiums, low-rise communities, and commercial projects, bringing Greenpark’s tradition of building excellence to a new audience.
